Hidden gem, lovely hide-away, spacious garden with large swimming pool, quiet room, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The hotel's location was convenient, and it was easy to find. The room we stayed in had a lovely balcony that overlooks the breathtaking snow-covered mountains. The abundance of hot water was another great advantage.
The vending machine that sold coffee and soft drinks was out of commission, and the room had not been cleaned or made up on one of the days we stayed. It was very disappointing.

We had a great city break and found the hotel to be in a great location, with easy access to all the sights we wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved the stunning view from the balcony. The hot shower was a welcomed comfort after a long day exploring the city.
The lack of staff presence did mean that our room wasn't cleaned as regularly as we would have liked. Additionally, the broken vending machine meant that we had to venture out to find other options for coffee and soft drinks. However, neither of these things had too much impact on our overall enjoyment of our stay.
